IIA has official manpower agreements with Deccan Charters, Spice jet Airlines, and Alliance Air. IIA believes in practical training with technology support and is the only institute in India to train students with virtual reality gear.

Under the Affiliation of State Govt university Registered as Omarohanam Global Foundation runs several Aviation Specialised Degree program with Industry collaboration.
IIA is also the Only Airline Training institute to Provide training for Non Schedule operations Drone management, flying training and also the official partner with BIS for training policy, Government of India.
